I suspect that I have a histamine intolerance issue that began 3 years ago. I've managed to make progress in reducing it but I bought this to see if it could help even more. Along with a lower histamine food diet, this seems to have been helping in that I now have less rosacea breakout since using 1 cap a day. The company was very helpful in answering questions regarding it.
