Core Elderberry (Sambucus) Blend is a botanical blend designed to support normal immune response and respiratory function. This blend contains herbs such as sambucus (more commonly known as elderberry), goldenseal, and hyssop.

European Elder Berry (Sambucus nigra), Eyebright Aerial Parts (Euphrasia stricta), Echinacea Purpurea Aerial Parts (Echinacea purpurea), Hyssop Aerial Parts (Hyssopus officinalis), Goldenseal Root (Hydrastis canadensis).
Other Ingredients:
Purified Water, Ethyl Alcohol 22-28%.

I use Core Sambucus for nasal congestion. I have well-controlled high blood pressure and cannot take decongestants. I get stopped up at night and sometimes have to sit up in a chair to breathe freely. When I take Core Sambucus drops twice a day, I can sleep lying down and breathe easily. I use it regularly and can feel my nasal passages opening up.
