Suggested Use: 

Adults:  2-4 capsules at bedtime.  Can be increased up to 2-4 capsules in the morning & afternoon and 4 capsules at bedtime.

Children:  Half of adult dosage or  as directed by our CNC staff clinical nutrition healthcare provider. 

Clinical Tips:  The dosage of Cerebro Calm can be flexible to an individual's needs.  For example one can take 2 capsules of Cerebro Calm after breakfast and before bedtime, whereas for high stress occupations or lifestyles, one may need more such as 2 capsules at breakfast and lunch, and four capsules at bedtime.  For long term maintenance, Cerebro Calm can be reduced to four capsules at bedtime, or 2 after breakfast and 2 at bedtime.
