Protocols:

Foundational Protocol

Phase 1: Energy and Drainage

The products in Phase 1 deliver key nutrients for supporting mitochondrial health and establishing healthy drainage pathways — both of which are essential before entering periods of detoxification.* This also helps minimize unwanted reactions and encourages sustained energy as your patient moves through the protocol.

Phase 1 consists of BC-ATP, BioToxin Binder, CT-Minerals, and KL Support.* BC-ATP assists the body with ATP production, while CT-Minerals supports mental clarity, immune function, cellular repair, and detoxification.* KL Support helps maintain kidney and liver function.* BioToxin Binder lends increased support to the gut microbiome, which in turn aids healthy digestion and immune function.*

Formulated with Carbon Technology

Carbon Technology is a proprietary blend of fulvic acids and polysaccharides that support cellular repair and the body’s natural ability to detoxify.* With a low pH, Carbon Technology also helps protect ingredients from being digested by stomach acid, so that they remain intact as they enter the desired location in the body.

All of our supplements are formulated with Carbon Technology, with the exception of Para 1, Para 3, and the IS-line.

Product FAQs

Advanced TUDCA and Bowel Mover were previously included in this step. Why were they removed?

Recently, small modifications have been made to our protocols to make them more effective, better tolerated, and highly customizable.

In clinical practice, we noted that Advanced TUDCA could contribute to increased fatigue and other symptoms in some individuals, and was better tolerated in Steps 2, 3, and 4. For this reason, Advanced TUDCA is now included in Step 3 of the Foundational Protocol.

Bowel Mover is now a protocol add-on and not included in any step or phase, taking into consideration that not every person will require additional digestive support.*

Can the supplements in Step 1 cause or worsen existing symptoms?

Since all of the supplements in this step support the body’s natural detoxification processes, it’s possible to experience mild detox symptoms, such as bloating, fatigue, constipation, headaches, or gas.* This will depend on an individual’s toxic load and varies from person to person.

If an individual experiences excess reactions, we recommend introducing one supplement at a time (and starting with a half dose) in the order listed on the dosing chart.

Note that if the supplements in this step aren’t well tolerated at a regular or half dose, it’s recommended for the patient to do the Comprehensive Protocol instead of the Foundational Protocol — as this suggests the body’s needs for support are greater.

Do any of the supplements interact with medication?

Always consult a licensed healthcare practitioner when introducing a new supplement. As a general guideline, it’s recommended to take all supplements at least two hours away from prescription medications.

Do the supplements have to be taken with food, or can they be taken without?

All of the other supplements in this step are recommended to take between meals for maximum potency. However, if patients are sensitive to any of the ingredients, they can take them with meals.

What’s the difference between the Foundational Protocol and the Comprehensive Protocol?

The Foundational Protocol is a four-month approach to supporting detoxification.* It’s intended for individuals who are looking to periodically support cleansing for an overall wellness boost.* It’s designed to balance the gut microbiome, increase energy levels, and support digestive and immune health — but is not as extensive as the Comprehensive Protocol, which covers more specific areas of health.*

The Comprehensive Protocol is an in-depth approach to supporting detoxification, intended for those who are looking to address their health at the root level and require increased immune and gut support.* Completing the protocol over a prolonged period (9+ months) provides the body with sufficient time (and nutrients) to support system balance through detoxification.*

Step 2: Gut & Immune Support

After optimizing ATP production and healthy drainage pathways in Step 1, Step 2 focuses on promoting the body’s natural detoxification processes and nurturing the gut microbiome.*

Step 2 consists of BC-ATP, BioToxin Binder, Para 1, and Para 2. Para 1, our flagship gut and immune support supplement (made from 100% pure Mimosa pudica seed), encourages the removal of occasional intestinal buildup.*

Para 2 supports enhanced digestive function with herbs used traditionally to promote detoxification and gut health, including clove, neem, triphala, and vidanga.* Together, these supplements give the body the extra push it needs to support its detoxification processes.*

Individuals will continue to take BC-ATP and BioToxin Binder to promote ATP production, a balanced gut microbiome, and the body’s natural ability to detoxify.*

Product FAQs

Can the supplements in Step 2 cause or worsen existing symptoms?

All of the other supplements in this step are recommended to take between meals for maximum potency. However, if patients are sensitive to any of the ingredients, they can take them with meals.

Is the protocol safe for children or during pregnancy/breastfeeding?

Yes, children can do the protocol.

While pregnant or breastfeeding, it’s recommended not to promote periods of deeper cleansing. Instead, consider which individual products or kits could support a person’s needs during these life stages.

For example, BC-ATP and CT-Minerals are gentle formulas that are typically well-tolerated and can be taken individually (outside of the protocol) while pregnant or breastfeeding.

For children and women during pregnancy/breastfeeding, we recommend working with a healthcare practitioner closely while taking products.

KL Support and ViRadChem were previously included in this step. Why were they removed?

Recently, small modifications have been made to our protocols to make them more effective, better tolerated, and highly customizable.

KL Support is now included in Step 1 of the Foundational Protocol as a key drainage support supplement (in place of Advanced TUDCA, which isn’t as easily tolerated immediately).

BioToxin Binder has replaced ViRadChem Binder in this step because it offers stronger gut support at this stage of detoxification.* ViRadChem Binder is now in Step 3 of the Foundational Protocol, which promotes systemic detoxification.*

Para 1 is sticky. How can I take this product if I want to open the capsule?

Due to the sticky properties of the Para 1, it cannot be taken with water if the capsule is opened up. We recommend taking it in food substances like honey, olive oil, or even syrup. This makes it so the body can digest the Para 1 and it isn’t too sticky to swallow.

What’s the difference between the Foundational Protocol and the Comprehensive Protocol?

The Foundational Protocol is a four-month approach to supporting detoxification.* It’s intended for those who are looking to periodically promote cleansing for an overall wellness boost.* It’s designed to balance the gut microbiome, increase energy levels, and optimize digestive and immune health — but is not as extensive as the Comprehensive Protocol, which covers more specific areas of health.*

The Comprehensive Protocol is an intensive approach to supporting detoxification, intended for those who are looking to address their health at the root level and require increased immune and gut support.* Completing the protocol over a prolonged period (9+ months) provides the body with sufficient time (and nutrients) to promote system balance through detoxification.*

Why does Para 1 need to be taken one hour away from binders (such as BioToxin Binder or ViRadChem Binder)?

We recommend taking Para 1 one hour away from all binders (BioToxin Binder, Carboxy, HM-ET Binder, and ViRadChem Binder), as the binders can cause Para 1 to lose its effectiveness. All other CellCore products can be taken alongside Para 1.

Step 3: Whole Body Immune Support

Step 3 builds momentum for deeper, whole body cleansing.* It consists of Advanced TUDCA, CT-Minerals, Para 1, Para 3, and ViRadChem to continue to support healthy drainage pathways, aid in the removal of occasional intestinal buildup, and assist in liver health and bile flow.*

Para 3 is introduced in this step to support the body’s natural detoxification processes in the cells and tissues.* ViRadChem Binder further assists systemic detoxification, while CT-Minerals supports mental clarity, energy production, and cellular repair and immunity.*

Product FAQs

Can the supplements in Step 3 cause or worsen existing symptoms?

Since all of the supplements in this step assist in the body’s natural detoxification processes, it’s possible to experience mild detox symptoms, such as bloating, fatigue, constipation, headaches, or gas.* This will depend on an individual’s toxic load and varies from person to person.

If an individual experiences excess reactions, we recommend introducing one supplement at a time (and starting with a half dose) in the order listed on the dosing chart.

Always consult a licensed healthcare practitioner when introducing a new supplement. As a general guideline, it’s recommended to take all supplements at least two hours away from prescription medications.

Do the supplements have to be taken with food, or can they be taken without?

Advanced TUDCA should be taken with meals. All of the other supplements in this step are recommended to take between meals for maximum potency. However, if patients/clients are sensitive to any of the ingredients, they can take them with meals.

LymphActiv was previously included in this step. Why was it removed?

Recently, small modifications have been made to our protocols to make them more effective, better tolerated, and highly customizable.

LymphActiv was moved from Step 3 to Step 4, and Advanced TUDCA was added as the primary drainage support supplement for Step 3. From clinical experience, we’ve observed that Advanced TUDCA is best tolerated at this stage of promoting detoxification.*

My patient/client is sensitive to black walnut hulls, which are in the Para 3 formula. Is there a different option?

If the listed ingredient is a concern for a patient/client, keep in mind the difference between allergies and sensitivities. If contact with any of these ingredients may cause an anaphylactic or life-threatening response, please have him/her refrain from taking this product. Para 4 is an ideal substitute for Para 3 and is formulated without black walnut hulls.

If it is a sensitivity and your patient feels comfortable, start with a small dose and see what his/her body can tolerate. Slowly increase and ask the patient to pay attention to his/her body's response. Sometimes sensitivities can be overcome with resetting the system over time.

Para 1 is sticky. How can I take this product if I want to open the capsule?

Due to the sticky properties of the Para 1, it cannot be taken with water if the capsule is opened up. We recommend taking it in food substances like honey, olive oil, or even syrup. This makes it so your body can digest the Para 1 and it isn’t too sticky to swallow.

Step 4 picks up where Step 3 left off to continue promoting systemic detoxification and healthy drainage pathways with BC-ATP, HM-ET Binder, LymphActiv, and Para 4.* BC-ATP returns to optimize energy production and mitochondrial health, while the other three products are introduced to the protocol for the first time.*

HM-ET Binder is added to promote the body’s natural ability to detoxify beyond the gut and encourage cellular repair during these processes.* LymphActiv lends increased support to the lymphatic system with herbs used traditionally to support lymphatic drainage, such as astragalus root, chuchuhuasi bark, Chinese rhubarb root, sheep sorrel stem and leaf, and slippery elm bark.*

Lastly, Para 4 offers a potent blend of 11 herbs — including celery seed, holy basil, and horsetail — to support digestion, the gut microbiome, and immune health.*

Product FAQs

Can the supplements in Step 4 cause or worsen existing symptoms?

Since all of the supplements in this step promote the body’s natural detoxification processes,* it’s possible to experience mild detox symptoms, such as bloating, fatigue, constipation, headaches, or gas. This will depend on an individual’s toxic load and varies from person to person.

CT-Iodine and IFC were previously included in this step. Why were they removed?

Recently, small modifications have been made to our protocols to make them more effective, better tolerated, and highly customizable.

IFC has become a protocol add-on, as not everyone requires increased system balance support.*

CT-Iodine has been removed from the Foundational Protocol because not everyone will require additional iodine at this stage of supporting detoxification.* However, CT-Iodine can be added at any step if your patient requires additional support.

Is the protocol safe for children or during pregnancy/breastfeeding?

Yes, children can do the protocol at a lower dose.

When pregnant or breastfeeding, it’s recommended not to promote periods of deeper cleansing. Instead, consider which individual products or kits could support a person’s needs during these life stages.

Phase 4A: Systemic Detox

Phase 4A promotes cleansing within and beyond the gut.* It consists of BC-ATP, CT-Biotic, HM-ET Binder, KL Support, and Para 4.

Para 4 helps maintain a balanced gut microbiome with herbs used traditionally to support digestive function and immunity, including celery seed, cordyceps, holy basil, and horsetail.*

CT-Biotic offers 11 spore-forming and non-spore-forming bacterial strains for increased digestive and detoxification support.* HM-ET Binder steps in to promote the body’s natural ability to detoxify in the cells and tissues, while encouraging cellular repair throughout these processes.*

Patients will continue to take BC-ATP and KL Support in this phase to optimize their mitochondrial health and energy levels, as well as support healthy drainage pathways.*

Note: After completing Phase 4A, patients will move into Phase 4B, which continues to promote systemic detoxification but without Para 4.* This is because Para 4 is a more potent formula and should only be taken for two months at a time.

Dosing Chart

Note: For those who are sensitive, it’s recommended to introduce one product at a time in the order listed above on the dosing chart.

Continue taking CT-Minerals from Phase 3 during this phase, until the bottle is finished.

The Protocol should be unique to Fit Each Individual

People are unique as are their health problems. There is no one-size-fits-all protocol or solution for a person's health concerns, which is why Cellcore protocols are designed to be customized.

The core supplements in each protocol phase provide key nutrients to support each stage of detoxification. If a person requires additional support in any of these areas, consider adding the following supplements to their protocols:

Protocol Add-Ons

  • Additional detoxification support: Carboxy (not recommended for Phases 1 and 2)*
  • Digestive support: Bowel Mover, CT-Zyme*
  • Glucose metabolism support: GCO*
  • Hormone balance support: S-TRO*
  • System balance support: IFC*

Product FAQs

Advanced TUDCA, CT-Iodine, IFC, MitoATP, and ViRadChem Binder were previously included in this phase. Why were they removed?

Recently, small modifications have been made to our protocols to make them more effective, better tolerated, and highly customizable.

With the addition of Para 4 to the protocol, we split Phase 4 into two separate phases: Phase 4A and Phase 4B, each lasting a standard of two months.

This is because Para 4 is important for patients to take in this phase to optimize their gut health but is only recommended to take for a maximum of 60 days at a time.* Advanced TUDCA replaces Para 4 in Phase 4B. Both components of Phase 4 achieve the same goal, which is to promote systemic detoxification.*

CT-Iodine is included in Phase 4B but not Phase 4A.

MitoATP has been discontinued and replaced in the protocols with BC-ATP, our new stronger mitochondrial support supplement (that’s also typically better tolerated).*

IFC is now a protocol add-on and not included in any step or phase, taking into consideration that not every patient will require additional system balance support.

Can the supplements in Phase 4A cause or worsen existing symptoms?

Since all of the supplements in this phase promote the body’s natural detoxification processes, it’s possible to experience mild detox symptoms, such as bloating, fatigue, constipation, headaches, or gas.* This will depend on an individual’s toxic load and varies from person to person.

If a patient experiences excess reactions, we recommend introducing one supplement at a time (and starting with a half dose) in the order listed on the dosing chart.

Do any of the supplements interact with medication?

Always consult a licensed healthcare practitioner when introducing a new supplement. As a general guideline, it’s recommended to take all supplements at least two hours away from prescription medications.

Do the supplements have to be taken with food, or can they be taken without?

All of the other supplements in this phase are recommended to take between meals for maximum potency.

Instead, consider which individual products or kits could support the person’s needs during these life stages.

What’s the difference between the Comprehensive Protocol and the Foundational Protocol?

The Comprehensive Protocol is an intensive approach to supporting detoxification, intended for those who are looking to address their health at the root level and require increased immune and gut support.* Completing the protocol over a prolonged period (9+ months) provides the body with sufficient time (and nutrients) to promote system balance through detoxification.*

The Foundational Protocol is a shorter, four-month approach to supporting detoxification.* It’s intended for individuals who are looking to periodically promote cleansing for an overall wellness boost.* It also helps to balance the gut microbiome, increase energy levels, and optimize digestive and immune health —  but is not as extensive as the Comprehensive Protocol, which covers more specific areas of health.*

Why are there two components to Phase 4 (Phase 4A and Phase 4B)?

To accommodate the appropriate timeline and dosing for Para 4, which should only be taken for a maximum of two months at a time. This is why Para 4 is included in Phase 4A for two months, and removed from Phase 4B. Both components of Phase 4 achieve the same goal, which is to promote systemic detoxification.*

Systemic Detox

Building on the progress made in Phase 4A, Phase 4B carries on to promote cleansing within and beyond the gut. It consists of Advanced TUDCA, BC-ATP, CT-Biotic, HM-ET Binder, and Metabolic Activator.

Advanced TUDCA is added back to this phase to continue promoting healthy liver function and bile flow, while Metabolic Activator supports hormonal balance, thyroid function, and the body’s natural ability to detoxify.*

Patients/clients will continue to take BC-ATP, CT-Biotic, and HM-ET Binder to promote detoxification processes in the gut, cells, and tissues, while also encouraging cellular repair and energy production.*

Note:  For those who are sensitive, it’s recommended to introduce one product at a time in the order listed above on the dosing chart.

If the person still has CT-Minerals leftover from Phase 3, they will continue taking it during this phase until the bottle is finished.

Product FAQs

Can the supplements in Phase 4B cause or worsen existing symptoms?

Advanced TUDCA should be taken with food. All of the other supplements in this phase are recommended to take between meals for maximum potency, except CT-Biotic, which should be taken with food. However, if patients are sensitive to any of the other supplements, they can take them with meals.

What’s the difference between the Comprehensive Protocol and the Foundational Protocol?

The Comprehensive Protocol is an in-depth approach to supporting detoxification, intended for those who are looking to address their health at the root level and require increased immune and gut support.* Completing the protocol over a prolonged period (9+ months) provides the body with sufficient time (and nutrients) to promote system balance through detoxification.*

Phase 5: Deeper Immune Support

Phase 5 provides potent blends of herbs in tincture and supplement form, designed to encourage lymphatic drainage, optimize immune system function, promote systemic detoxification, and support the gut microbiome.* It consists of IS-BAB, IS-BART, IS-BOOST, IS-BORR, and LymphActiv.

The nutrients in this phase optimize immune system function, which gives the body the extra push it needs to overcome obstacles at the root level.*

Note: The liquid tincture format of the IS-line promotes faster absorption and maximum potency, as well as allows for customized dosing. As concentrated tinctures, the IS-line has higher potency than capsules. For those who are sensitive, it’s recommended to start with a low dose, gradually working up to the recommended daily dose.

People are unique. There are no one-size-fits-all protocols or solutions for their health concerns, which is why Cellcorer protocols are designed to be customized.

The core supplements in each protocol step provide key nutrients to support each stage of detoxification.* If patients require additional support in any of these areas, consider adding the following supplements to their protocols:

Protocol Add-Ons

  • Additional detoxification support: Carboxy (not recommended for Phases 1 and 2)*
  • Digestive support: Bowel Mover, CT-Zyme*
  • Glucose metabolism support: GCO*
  • Hormone balance support: S-TRO*
  • System balance support: IFC*

Product FAQs

Can I take IS-BART, IS-BAB, IS-BORR, and/or IS-BOOST in the same glass of water?

Yes. It’s recommended to take only two of the IS-products at a time, and they can be taken in the same glass of water.

Can the supplements in Phase 5 cause or worsen existing symptoms?

However, if patients are sensitive to any of the ingredients, they can take them with meals.

How does the dosing for IS-BAB, IS-BART, IS-BORR, and IS-BOOST work?

The dosing for the IS-line is staggered so that patients are only taking two of the IS-formulas at any given time. We don’t want patients to take all four IS-formulas at once due to their potency and how they can target different concerns.

Note that patients will take LymphActiv the entire time they cycle the IS-formulas.

Here is what the IS-formula dosing looks like:

1. Introduce IS-BORR and work up to the full dose.

2. Once the full dose of IS-BORR is reached, introduce IS-BART and work up to the full dose.

3. Take IS-BORR and IS-BART together, until IS-BORR is finished.

4. Continue to take IS-BART and introduce IS-BAB. Work up to the full dose of IS-BAB.

5. Take IS-BART and IS-BAB together, until IS-BART is finished.

6. Continue to take IS-BAB and Introduce IS-BOOST. Work up to the full dose.

7. Take IS-BAB and IS-BOOST together until finished. IS-BAB will be finished before IS-BOOST.

Is the protocol safe for children or during pregnancy/breastfeeding?

Yes, children can do the protocol.

While pregnant or breastfeeding, it’s recommended not to promote periods of deeper cleansing. Instead, consider which individual products or kits could support the person’s needs during these life stages.

What are the key differences between IS-BAB, IS-BART, IS-BOOST, and IS-BORR?

IS-BAB, IS-BART, and IS-BORR contain different blends of herbs to support immunity and target certain areas of wellness.* IS-BOOST is an all-around immune system support tincture that works in conjunction with the other three tinctures in the IS-line.*

What are the next steps after my patient completes the Comprehensive Protocol?

We recommend Optimize A and Optimize B, which are additional phases designed to help maintain and build on protocol progress.
