Allergy Research's Magnesium Ascorbate -provides both ascorbic acid and magnesium in a buffered, low-acidity form of vitamin C (pH of 7.0), which is generally gentler to the stomach than ascorbic acid.
Allergy research Group has pioneered the development of buffered vitamin C products, and continues to offer the purest and least allergenic vitamin C products available anywhere. In addition to its hefty content of ascorbic acid, our buffered vitamin C also supplies potassium, calcium and magnesium at approximately one half the RDI per level teaspoon. Due to its generous complement of calcium, supplementation with Buffered C may be desirable for individuals who do not regularly consume dairy products.
Suggested Use: Take ½ heaping teaspoon or more, in 8-12 ounces of liquid, between meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
